To Whom It May Concern:
Hadry Masonry has most recently been employeed by CAM Construction C. Inc. as the masonry subcontractor completing the new Waverly PreK-8th replacement school being constructed by Baltimore City Public Schools. Hadry's masonry contract for this project was issued at Two Million Two Hundred Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,216,500) which will be completed in two phases.
The Waverley school is located in a tightly confined urban neighborhood where students continued to attend the existing elementary and middle schools located adjacent to the project site. Upon completion for the phase one work students relocated from their existing schools into the newly constructed first phase structure, and once the existing elementary school has been razed, the second phase of the new construction will commence.
CAM has found Hadry Masonry to be knowledgeable about the requirements of the contract documents, responsive to the manpower and materials needs of the project and exemplary in their workforce interaction on this closely confined site. Phase One is completed and Hadry has a few if any punch list issues on this complex multi-story structure.
We would recommend them as a competent subcontractor with whom we look forward to working with for years to come. Please feel free to contact me directly should you need additional information of have any questions regarding the firm's performance.

Dear Sir/Madam; This is to let concerned parties be informed about the good contractor. Hadry Masonry is a wonderful contracting company to deal with. Mr. Kenny Hadry, the Owner and President of the company, personally takes interest and pride in his work.
This company never thinks of extra cost to the clients unless there are significant changes. Milan Construction has given this company a complete masonry contract in excess of $700,000 for a five story hotel in Bel Air, Maryland.
I will not hesitate to recommend Hadry Masonry for any type of masonry work. Also, I would like to encourage concerned parties to call me and ask me any question they may have regarding Hadry Masonry.

It was our company goal to utilize as many local subcontractors as possible to perform work on the St. John's Commons elderly apartment building in Havre de Grace, Maryland. We were fortunate enough to be put in contact with Hadry Masonry who I contracted to lay the load-bearing interior masonry walls as well as the exterior brick veneer. From start to finish, Hadry Masonry, especially Kenny Hadry, performed above the expectations of a firm that we previously knew little about. From construction of a mock-up wall panel to punch-list completion, Hadry was always attentive to our schedule and quality requirements and kept an open line of communication at all times. I would not hesitate to consider utilizing them on future jobs of this size and would be happy to answer any additional inquiries as to their performance on the St. John's Commons project.
